Routine for Capts. of Crush Grippers
Stewart-welcome to grip training. I too am a beginner with same grippers. I would advise just surfing the net for sample workouts. A great place to start is the Gripboard. I'm doing a program called RRBT-Rapid Repetitions Baseline Training. It is very intense-starts off at 100 reps a day, on up to 200 reps.
