Bead Mill SESM40, Super Fineness and Long Life
The bead mill, also referred to as the sand mill, is a kind of milling equipment used for particle size reduction and dispersion of solid particles in a liquid medium. The working of a bead mill is based on intense agitation and grinding between the solid particles and the grinding media (beads) within a cylindrical chamber.

Air in the dispersion causes many problems in the mill, such as high temperature due to poor heat transfer, inefficient grinding due to micro bubbles inhibiting the contact of the grinding media and thixotropic viscosity preventing efficient bead separation. If this dispersion sits around for a week or so, it will deaerate.
